I’ve seen how survival mode can turn into a lifelong habit, especially for immigrant women carrying so much.

When was the last time you allowed yourself to slow down without guilt?

Good question! I am still learning that. Work in progress. Mainly because I keep very high standards for myself and sometimes it’s exhausting. My husband helps me in that space quite a bit.
